On the day of her birthday, the devil casts a spell on the beautiful princess turning her into a frog and only a kiss of pure love or an antidote can free her from the spell.
The princess, now just a miserable frog in the pond, feels very hungry and has to reluctantly eat the flies she used to hate. To make things worse, she is almost swallowed by a snake. But at the last moment, the Scientist Prince appears and saves the princess. He also gives her the antidote he has developed, turning her back again into a beautiful princess.
The princess appreciates the intelligent prince, and decides to set up a research institute in the castle to develop more antidotes with his help.
