In response to the novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak situation in Macao, MSC will adjust its opening days to three days a week (from Friday to Sunday) from April 1 onward, and will be closed on April 4 (Qingming Festival).
Opening hours: 10 am – 1 pm and 3 pm – 6 pm.
MSC Kids World, and the Fun Science and Children Science Galleries as well as Gallery 6 will be closed temporarily. Demonstrations, workshops, science dramas, guided tours of drama and group visit reservations will also be suspended and some exhibits might not be open to the public. The Planetarium will only screen high definition dome 2D movies, and the new social distance seating mode will be adopted (always an empty seat between viewers).
All visitors are required to wear a facemask, have a temperature check upon entering, complete an electronic personal health declaration form, and use alcohol-based hand sanitizer to disinfect hands before buying tickets. If any visitors have fever or show any symptoms of suspected respiratory infection, MSC may refuse their entry and request them to seek at once medical assistance.
We sincerely appreciate the public's understanding and cooperation on the above measures. We’d call on visitors to wear a facemask throughout the full visit and maintain strict personal hygiene at all times. If need be, visitors can disinfect hands with alcohol-based hand sanitizer provided at the MSC entrance, in the exhibition galleries and at the gift shop.
