Free Admission to the Exhibition Center of the Macao Science Center on Labour Day

New Dome Show: Super Salvador Will Be Launch on the Same Day

To celebrate International Labour Day, admission to the Exhibition Center of MSC will be free on May 1 (Sunday). The first 30 Macao resident visitors to each dome show at the Planetarium will also enjoy free admission.

In the face of the continuous destruction of the environment by mankind, the Earth is appealing to us in different ways. To enhance public awareness of environmental protection, the Planetarium will launch a new dome show, Super Salvador, on May 1. The show will introduce various environmental protection tips to the audience, such as water conservation, using renewable energy, recycling and forest protection, allowing the audience to reflect on the damage done to the Earth in the past, and learn to develop a good habit of environmental protection to safeguard our beautiful home.

In addition to the above dome show, the special exhibitions, "Data Science - Internet of Things" in Gallery 2 and "Macao Colors of Mak Mak" in Gallery 6 are also unmissable, which provide an insight into the latest developments in information technology and introduce the features of the cultural heritage, food, wetlands and starry sky of Macao. Welcome to visit the Center during the Labour Day holiday.

In line with the anti-pandemic measures of the Macao SAR Government, all visitors are required to wear a mask, take a temperature check, scan the site QR Code of MSC and disinfect their hands with alcohol-based hand sanitizers before entering. MSC appreciates visitors' understanding and cooperation with the above measures, and hopes that visitors can wear masks throughout the activities and be aware of personal hygiene at all times. Visitors can disinfect their hands with the hand sanitizer at the entrance of MSC, in the exhibition gallery and the Gift Shop.

Macao Science Center is open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Monday to Sunday regardless of public holidays. It is closed on Thursdays and Lunar New Year's Eve.
