Macao Science Center Remains Open from April 12 during the Upgrade of the Lobby Facilities

In order to provide a better visiting experience for the public and visitors, the Macao Science Center will upgrade its lobby facilities from April 12 (Wednesday), which is expected to be completed in July. During the construction period, the Exhibition Center, Planetarium and Convention Center will remain open as usual. Except for McDonald's, all other facilities and services in the lobby will be suspended. Please pay attention and follow the instructions of the staff in the Center.

Macao Science Center was awarded the "Three-starred Certificate of Green Building Design Label" by the China Green Building and Energy Saving (Macau) Association in 2016, featuring the only architectural complex in Macao to receive this honor. The upgrade of the lobby facilities will strictly follow the green building guidelines. Upon completion of the project, the lobby of the Center will be more concise and comfortable, and a number of user-friendly facilities such as self-service ticket machines will be added to make the Center an exhibit of green building design and environmental application.
