Madam Ye is a documentary film on the typical exploits of Ye Shuhua, who is an internationally renowned astronomer, an important founder of astronomy in China, a strategic scientist, the first female director of an astronomical observatory in China and an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The film tells the story of her 70-year dedication to astronomy.
